We’re kicking off our 40th year of all things square with what we’ve been calling the Blockhead 84 design. This was the first draft prototype on a jig-saw cut board of what would become the Chaos graphic when I launched Blockhead in my parents garage in the spring of 1985 but I actually think I like this version better with its minimalist Bauhaus new wave super 80’s vibe. It also features the first version of the “face” logo which I refined with sharper angles prior to launch.
