Nor Cal legend Sam Cunningham had more different graphics than any other Blockhead rider and the Evil Eye graphic is the most iconic one…the first graphic that Ron Cameron inked for Blockhead in 1986!

The shape is based on Sam's original Snake Eye shape with the squared nose and dog-eared tail but with modern concave, dimensions and straighter rails and wheel wells.
