A favorite Blockhead shirt of many Blockhead enthusiasts (including myself). The back is a “reissue” but we’ve done a little updating on the front to include the grumpy man along with the logo.
You’ve seen this guy before...the one cursing and mumbling at you on the sidewalk as you bomb past him. Ron Cameron captured this perfectly and then added the typewriter lettering, this of course in 1989 was from a real typewriter and copied and recopied on the Xerox machine to give it a distressed look not from some easy online font catalog.
While the words on it may seem tame now, “DAMN, dope smokin’, satan worshipin’ blah blah etc...” were pretty controversial at the time and were banned at some wholesome skateshops and got many rebellious kids sent home from school.
