Damon really went off on the screen printing making 24 of these extra extra special and custom…how many of each color combo were made you ask? ONE!!! Don’t lag, get your favorite.
I took the original 1991 Hard Times 4 shape and modernized it with a bit longer nose (+ 3/4”), wheel wells and modern holes but it’s still very much the original shape with the original width and wheelbase.
While all 8 of the Hard Times graphics are really rad, the #4 with the cat seems to claw it’s way to the top of many peoples lists and requests we receive.
Is it just that people love cats or was it because of the innovative shape as boards were coming closer to evolving (or de-evolving?) into popsicles? Either way Jason Justice really captured the hard times vibe with this graphic and it was a team favorite at the time.
