Yet another addition to the Strip Mall Surfer series - The Sidewalk Screamer! Our crew got first hits on this board and it’s so much fun!
The shape was taken from a mid 60’s Roller Derby board with it’s straight and parallel rails, pointy nose and rounded corners on the flat tail. Clocking in at 9.75” wide, we call the SMS style boards “Wiggle Pigs”, they just feel better with a little more cushion for the pushin’ under your feet.
Revolutionary de-evolution…This artfully curated complete breaks all the rules! Styled as if it’s from an alternate time line…one where the steel and clay wheel boards of the 60’s evolved in a different direction but the style remains. Is it a cruiser or a stunt sled? The answer is both!
The board features custom (and beautiful) round wheel wells for the narrower trucks so you can have more clearance on those sharp turns. The concave and nose and tail kick are on the mellow side for a more relaxed ride that feels very nice.
The 50’s/ 60’s motorcycle/ Hot Rod club vibe artwork was inked by Ron Cameron and then screen printed by Damon Mills.
Wheels:
- The 58mm 97a Street Standards were designed to take influence from the steel wheels of yesteryear but with exceptional rebound and performance with top shelf formula. Great for smoother streets and skateparks.
- NEW WIDER CLAY PIGEONS! The 56mm 82a Clay Pigeons look spot on to a classic clay wheel but with a buttery smooth ride on less than perfect streets and sidewalks. Please see the wheel pages for all the info.

Comes with Ace 33’s but we have a few sets of Ace 11’s or 22’s if you want sharper turning or Ace 44’s if you want a little more grind, please request in comments at check-out. Subject to stock on hand…unless you’re willing to wait.
- Comes with 1” hardware but if you’d rather have 1.125” or 1.25” to allow for even looser trucks with softer bushings and want to add some risers (sold separately) please request. (I ride 1/8” risers on mine)
- The new Moon Beams rails fit perfectly with the unique rounded wheel wells with their tapered ends…grab a set to protect the goods!
